WMCC was built with the mission of creating a community of young, aspiring and visionary leaders who are skilled, empowered and aware of current issues.
WMCC has already established itself as a key grassroots organization that has offered leadership programs, conferences, workshops, social retreats, youth activities and seminars impacting youth in the local community who are seamlessly integrated in the society.

Leadership Program - A comprehensive and interactive leadership program wherein students participate in a weekly discourse that focuses on spirituality, historical awareness and building the necessary leadership skills to have a positive impact on society. We have 15 students enrolled so far.
Youth Activities - An array of youth activities ranging from game nights to getting together to watch documentaries. All these are aimed to build a sense of belonging, leadership and responsibility towards the community.
Camping - Camping trips aim to encourage and to instill a strong sense of appreciation of nature as well as to build skill sets and to foster an individual's growth.
Hiking - Hiking trips aims at cultivating healthy activities to highlight the importance of mental and physical health
History Workshops - These workshops are designed to provide a strong sense of identity and social awareness to build a sense of responsibility for the individuals.
Online Publications - This service aims to provide a safe space online wherein the Muslim youth can have their voices heard and build specific research and writing skills that would be highly valued and sought after in their workplaces as well.
Conducting 5 daily and weekly (Friday) prayer services; weekend programs and youth halaqahs.

Performing various rites such as weddings; family counseling, marital counseling, spiritual counselling and leadership guidance services conducted (or held) in accordance with the tenets and doctrines of Islam.
Providing spiritual and chaplaincy care and visitation services elderly, infirm, disabled or in need.
Regular spiritual community outreach programs and workshops for the Muslim families, and reaching out to those who are in need in the community.
Establishing and maintaining a weekend school for children, youths and adults for skill development, capacity building with programs like STEM, Islamic excellence and career growth.
Multimedia education, training, and engagement activities for increased capacity at all levels.
Employment and career development support for youth, women, refugees and new immigrants.
Parenting workshops to build parent’s capacity dealing with youth issues, gender-based equity solutions, identity crises and self-confidence development through professional speakers and mentors.
Youth mentorship program in partnerships with local stakeholders, school boards, community agencies and similarly mandated community partners focused on personality and character development.
